It's time to decorate your student residence in Barcelona with Christmas reasons !!! And to find the most authentic and traditional decoration, you should come and look at the Santa Llucía Fair. It is the most traditional Christmas fair in Barcelona; if you walk through the Cathedral Square, in the heart of Ciutat Vella, and you see that they are already setting up the stands of this fair, is when you realize that Christmas is just arrived. This year is its edition 230th, so, call it traditional is not enough!

You can find everything, from Christmas trees with their typical adornments of all colors, sizes and prices, to the figure of the “Portal of Belen” most demanded this year, as it has been discovered by the Americans, and the artisans who manufacture it, do not stop exporting thousands and thousands of “caganers” to the United States.        You do not know what it is? Until 8th January at the Moritz Factory (Ronda Sant Antoni, 39) you can visit The fair of art, poster and affordable illustration. Where you can enjoy an unusual exhibition, take a Moritz beer and acquire works of emerging and consolidated artists from 59 € to give away  or to decorate your home during this Christmas. But if you also want to be supportive, the exhibition includes a selection of the exhibition “No Pienso Callar”, works dedicated to freedom of expression and for the benefit of Amnesty International for only € 20 in small format and even original.

Fantastic Handmade Market 2016
In the Palace of the Foundation Miralles, on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th December, is held for the fifth time, this market, in which about 40 creators and artisans who sell their products through the Etsy sales platform can sell directly to the public in Barcelona. You will find: adult and child fashion, jewelry and jewelry, accessories, toys, illustration and decoration. But to offer a complete experience to whoever comes to visit it, there will be workshops to elaborate artisan products and a space dedicated to gastronomy where you can drink and snack.
