barcelona residencias is ideal for all Spanish and international students who have chosen to come to Barcelona to pursue an university degree, or to study a masters, post-graduate, or doctorate program.

The student university residence and its rooms for students are located in an excellent and central area of Barcelona, just 100 meters away from the Sagrada Familia church, in the l’Eixample neighborhood.

The residence offers excellent connections with the public transit network: subway lines 2 and 5, and plenty bus lines.

The student university residence is mixed, and can accommodate up to 17 students in double and single bedrooms, with either private or shared lavatories.

This limited capacity allows us to cater a personalized treatment to students in a family-like and welcoming atmosphere.

The rooms are wonderfully luminous, outward-facing, and charming, and are fully equipped for living and studying.

All rooms feature independent air conditioning and heating units (climate controlled) and both wired and Wi-Fi Internet connections.

The university residence offers the full board program.

It also offers the room-housekeeping service, and bedclothes and towel laundry services at no extra cost.
