Our residence is very special, since having only 10 rooms, you can enjoy a family atmosphere and personalized service, while having all the comforts of a residence at your fingertips.

In addition, within the 10 rooms there are different types so you can always find the option that best suits your needs and your pocket.

Double room with private bathroom

Room to share with another student, which has its own private bathroom. The room is outside and sunny, thanks to its large windows. They are also equipped with full private bathroom, independent air conditioning and heating, cable and Wi-Fi internet, individual fridge and TV. The monthly fee is € 895, VAT included.

Single room with private bathroom

Enjoy your own space and privacy in a fully equipped room with a private bathroom. The room is exterior and sunny, with large windows and is equipped with a complete private bathroom, independent air conditioning and heating, a 1.40 cm bed, cable and Wi-Fi internet, individual refrigerator and TV. The monthly fee is € 1200, VAT included.

Standard single room

This room shares a bathroom with another room, it is spacious and exterior. It has large windows and is equipped with independent air conditioning and heating, 1.40cm bed, wired and Wi-Fi internet, individual fridge and TV. The bathroom is shared with another room. The monthly fee is € 1050, VAT included.

Standard double room

Perfect if you come with a friend. You can also reserve a single place and we will take care of finding your roommate. The room is outside and sunny, thanks to its large windows. They are also equipped with independent air conditioning and heating, cable and Wi-Fi internet, individual fridge and TV. The bathroom is shared with another room. The monthly fee is € 830, VAT included.

Economy single room

It is a smaller room, but it is fully equipped. The room is outside and sunny, thanks to its large windows. They are also equipped with independent air conditioning and heating, cable and Wi-Fi internet, individual fridge and TV. The bathroom is shared. The monthly fee is € 955, VAT included
